Always have liked Simply Organic herb, spice, and seasoning products. I like that it comes in glass bottle. It taste Fresh and amazing flavors all the time (and the labels pull off easily for reuse of the bottle, too).
Smells good from the moment you open it and turns out great baked goods. Overall good quality. To keep it fresh once I opened it, I refrigerated it like many other spices I do not use frequently to preserve freshness over a longer period of time.
